I tore my meniscus back in November and on top of that had been suffering with plantar fasciitis for months. I was in a lot of pain daily with both my knee and foot and working on reduced hours due to the amount of pain I was in. Day to day activities were a struggle and I thought this was how I was going to be as I’d tried a few physio sessions elsewhere where I would be given print outs of exercises to do at home with no follow up, I’d do them but they didn’t seem to make any difference. Then I heard about Movement in Motion so I gave them a call. Within a few days Id had my initial assessment with Harry who noted down everything that had happened with my injury and then worked on a plan for me to start building strength back up in my knee/foot. Each week I visited Harry he’d go through exercises with me, we’d practise them, he made sure I got the technique right and he would follow up with an email so I knew exactly what to do at home. He would build the exercises up slowly for me each week adding slightly more impact and before long the planter fasciitis had gone and my knee was starting to feel stronger and I was able to start exercising again albeit lightly and gradually to start under Harry’s advice. 10 weeks on and I’m back in the gym, doing the exercise classes I love and slowly building up my running again. To say I’m happy is an understatement. This would not have been possible without Harry and his dedication in helping me get the strength back in my knee. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much. I would not hesitate in recommending. The best there is!!
I went to Movement in Motion after breaking my shoulder last December. I started treatment at the end of January to re-mobilise my arm. The therapist was very kind and understanding and also took into account other areas causing pain when giving me relevant exercises. I am still using the clinic for massage therapy for neck and shoulder stiffness which pre-dated the fracture. I would thoroughly recommend the clinic.
Have been using Matt for a few years now to help with neck and back issues…. He certainly knows how to ease the pain. I have regular 3/4 week sessions to maintain. If Matt isn’t available I see Harry, equally as good 🙂
Harry was great, had trouble with plantar fasciitis for nearly a year before going and now it’s much better and I have my exercises to refer back to if needed.

Struggled with shoulder tension and headaches for years. Tried several treatments recommended to me and never got much relief then I met Matt. Total game changer, he just knows exactly what he’s doing and what ever it is it works. I personally would not go any where eles.
Went with bad knee problems causing pain during everyday activity and playing sports. After 4 session I’m now without pain and able to play sports without causing pain. Matt was very helpful and Knowledgeable and everything worked perfectly.
