As a passionate sports therapist with a lifelong connection to the sporting world, I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to every session. As a retired competitive swimmer, I remain active in the gym and pool, staying true to my love for movement and fitness. Having faced my share of injuries over the years, I developed a deep fascination with the body’s ability to heal and recover through movement and therapy. This curiosity led me to a career where I can combine my knowledge and experience to help others on their recovery journeys. I work with individuals from all walks of life, including athletes, helping them prioritise their recovery and return to the activities they love. Whether you’re chasing competitive goals, enjoying leisurely walks, or simply navigating daily life, I’m dedicated to helping you move better and feel your best. Together, we’ll solve the challenges holding you back and get you back to what you love most.

I am the first-team physio at Tring Athletic and have spent a year working with the MK Dons first team. The knowledge that I have gained has been invaluable and I am looking forward to providing this knowledge and expertise to every client I see.
